The Roadmap includes 3 Phases

Phase #1: Awareness

●  Identify areas of “stuckness” and repair “relationship injuries.”

●  Replace old thoughts & relationship patterns. 

●  Mindfulness techniques for increasing self-compassion and curiosity.

●  Learning and practicing a “speaker/listener” skill that enhances understanding and connection

Phase #2: Intentionality

● Create your unique Relationship Vision to bring stability and guidance

● Practice resilient/recovery strategies that increases emotional intimacy

● Know what’s “normal” and what’s not

●  Accountability for aligning with your Relationship Vision

Phase #3: Risks of Growth

● Implement your plan for your ideal future.
● Practice Action steps that align with your purpose.
● Hone dialogue skills and “After Action Reviews” for support and lasting positive changes.

3-Month Plan

● Half-Day Retreat at the Wooded Writer’s Retreat in Flintstone, GA (meal & snacks included)

○ Personal & relational timeline history
○ Emotional grounding techniques
○ Self-compassion & awareness activities

● Bi-monthly virtual sessions as needed. (twice a month)

○ Includes pre-session and post-session forms for focused attention and accountability
○ Joint assignments
○ 3-month access to me when needed in-between sessions (phone call, email, text, or virtual)

● 6-Month Follow-up Session (outdoor or virtual)

6 Month Plan
