ABOUT JUDY
Judy K. Herman is a transformational guide, speaker, and licensed psychotherapist (LPC-MHSP, NCC) who has delivered more than 175 speaking and facilitation engagements across conferences, summits, retreats, continuing education programs, and clinical group settings.
She has personally facilitated more than a dozen private couples intensives, been featured in 18+ media appearances spanning guest podcasts, print, and broadcast, and brought her work to international audiences, including a featured talk in New Delhi, India (2023).
She is the author of Beyond Messy Relationships and Relationships With Purpose, and the creator and host of the Better Relationships, Better Life podcast, with more than 50 episodes exploring honest conversations at work, at home, and within.
Judy is based in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
When she is not on stage or holding a Rhythm Circle, you will find her at her grandchildren’s tennis matches or planning her next international trip.
