RISE TOGETHER
A weekly live gathering for reflection, conversation, and shared wisdom.
Wednesdays at 6:00pm Eastern | Live on Zoom
A weekly space to slow down, be real, and rise together — in the presence of others who value clarity, authenticity, and ease.
What is RISE TOGETHER?
Rise Together is a weekly, hosted space to pause midweek, reconnect with yourself, and engage in honest conversation with others who value clarity, authenticity, and meaningful connection.
This is not a class, workshop, or performance.
There is no pressure to teach, fix, or have anything figured out.
Instead, Rise Together offers a relational field where reflection, shared wisdom, and real presence are welcome — especially for those navigating relationships, personal growth, or life transitions and wanting to rise above old patterns with steadiness and ease.
You’re invited to participate in whatever way feels nourishing.
Listening is participation. Presence is enough.
Who this space is for. . .
Rise Together is for people who are drawn to meaningful connection and honest reflection — especially those who sense they’ve outgrown old patterns and want a steadier, more authentic way of showing up in their lives and relationships.
This space may be especially supportive if you:
-
value depth, presence, and thoughtful conversation
-
feel tired of surface-level interactions or constant self-improvement pressure
-
are navigating relationships, personal growth, or a life transition
-
want to rise above old patterns without fixing or forcing yourself
-
appreciate learning through shared wisdom rather than instruction
You don’t need to have the right words, a clear goal, or a problem to solve.
Curiosity, openness, and a willingness to be present are enough.
This space tends to resonate with people who:
- want meaningful connection without drama or overwhelm
- are navigating relationships, personal growth, or life transitions
- value presence, reflection, and shared wisdom
- want a reliable place to land each week
What to expect each week:
Each Rise Together gathering is lightly facilitated and grounded in presence rather than performance.
While each week may have a gentle theme, the experience is always responsive to the people in the room. There is no script to follow and no requirement to prepare in advance.
A typical gathering may include:
-
a brief grounding welcome
-
a reflective question or theme to open the space
-
conversation, shared insight, or gentle dialogue
-
a calm, intentional close
You’re always welcome to participate in whatever way feels right for you.
Listening is participation. Sharing is optional. Presence is enough.
Each session stands on its own — you can join any week, as often or as occasionally as feels supportive.
What this is not
Rise Together is not a therapy group, coaching program, or substitute for professional counseling.
While Judy is a licensed psychotherapist, this gathering is offered outside the context of psychotherapy as a facilitated space for reflection, conversation, and connection. No diagnosis, treatment, or clinical intervention takes place in this space.
Rise Together is also not:
-
a place to be fixed or analyzed
-
a requirement to share personal details
-
a space for crisis support or emergency care
If you are in need of therapeutic support or crisis services, we encourage you to seek care from a licensed mental health professional or local resources.
The intention here is simple and grounded:
to create a space where people can be present, reflect honestly, and not do their inner work alone.
About the host:
Rise Together is hosted by Judy Herman, LPC-MHSP a retreat facilitator, relationship coach, and guide who has spent decades working with healers, leaders, and seekers ready to rise above relationship patterns and live with greater clarity, steadiness, and authenticity.
